RS Tuner Help - Clio 197

Ive just recently got a Clio 197 and have decided to remap it using the RS Tuner Kit though i'm having problems with it. I can connect to the ECU fine but I keep on getting a safety feature quoting "please use a battery charger because its under 13v" when I'm trying to write to the ECU. Any help would be great. I've updated the RS Tuner software.

Keep a trickle charger connected to the battery while doing it mate
