Rs tuner help

Been offered a Rs tuner for £100 and the seller said its unlocked all I have to do is register an account with fast chip or something like that. Is there anyway to see if it is unlocked before I buy it ? Anything else to look for ? Thanks

well if you're looking to sell it after you've used it drop me a pm sadly i know nothing about them as such so don't know what u need to do. maybe someone with more knowledge can shed some light on this

get him to send you a screenshot that shows if its locked or not, ill fire mine up the now and get a screenshot of what your looking for
