RS Tuner Kit

After looking around the web and waisting money on a cheap OBD interface I dug deep and have ordered a RS Tuner kit, I am looking forward to seeing what it can do for my 182. Has anyone here used one and do they have any tips of things to do and not to do?

I dont want to get it and kill the ecu.
