RS TUNER PROBLEMS

hi there, dont know if anyone else has had the same problem? i bought the licence and the calibration file from fastchip, he emailed it me. tried clicking WRITE CAL, but it kept comin up that i couldnt access the ECU? any one had this? any info grateful. cheers

hi mate i had this when i did mine recently

the rs tuner said acquiring security code from ecu and then did nothing!

i hadn't unlocked the rs tuner with the 8 digit code that came with the licence.

have you done that first?

sorry, i didnt know anything about the module i thought i could just plug in, buy a map and do it in minuits. i didnt give henk the 8digit code as said above. but once i got this it was easy and simple to do. cheers
