RS tuner unlock code

Abit stuck at minute is this the right code i need to send to henk to get the unlock code:

sorry about picture quality but is it the code beginning with 'M' as i sent him this with my order and he emailed me back saying he needs the code, i tried a search but couldnt find anything specific on this.
