RS2 Manifold upgrade

I've used the search function and can't quite find the answer,

I've got a clio 182 with a miltek exhaust, think its just a cat back one so wanting to have a full system..

any recommendations for a exhaust manifold and inlet manifold? Heard people raving about the rs2 and I'm sure the cups have different exhaust manifolds? If anyone has any of these for sale let me know!

You won't get any noticeable gains over a 182 ex manifold, just get a decat. I drove Micks with an RS2 and it was awesome! Really want one myself but can't afford it

Standard manifolds are very hard to improve on.

Standard exhaust manifold is fine, don't look at aftermarket ones till on a very high spec engine.

Inlet manifold the rs stamped one is slightly better, you won't notice it to drive though.

Rs2 is great, that's quite an expensive upgrade though.
