RSI axle HELP

Help please,

I want to change my back axle to a RSI one on my Mk1 clio, Would i have to change the brake master cylinder too as the brakes are not the same?

Also would the brake lines match up or would they need changeing too?

Any help would be nice

Brake cylinder is fine but yeah the lines need to be changed
