RSi's gone into the bodyshop!

Currently car-less but hopefully should get it back just as my insurance is due for renewal...

Its gone in to have the following done

- New spoiler painted
- Rear 1/4 dent pulled out
- Rear 1/4 respray and blend into door
- Sidestrip respray
- Rear bootlid smoothing (under badges where holes use to be)
- Tiny rear bootlid dent pulled out + respray

Cant wait to get it back!

What do you guys think a reasonable price is for the above work btw?

Million Dollar question. Depends on garage, quality of work. In some cases, a little as 600, or up to 1k.

Its bieng done at a renault approved garage (they claim to get a lot of work from madely heath!)

I'll post up more details after I collect it but i'm very optimistic about the quality of work

Went out to take some pictures of the work done and discovered someone has hit the side of it!

SAME SIDE THAT JUST GOT RESPRAYED FFS! Can't believe my luck. It hasn't even been a week.

Damage looks like it will buff out, apart from paint thats come off the side strip. Informed the police who will be looking at CCTV but doubt they will find anything tbh as its only one camera that rotates 360 degrees.

Anyway.

I'm very happy with the quality of spraying/work thats been done. Best of all... it was a very very reasonable price and the guy there is very honest - He's even offered to look at the scuff and try to polish it out next week. I can't recommend them enough though.

For anyone interested work was done by Turning heads in burslem.

Thinking eibachs? Although monies very tight atm, only reason all that work was done is because I had a dent that needed sorting anyway
