Does the torque look a bit high all I've got is cat back exhaust and panel filter

from my experience rs tuner gives high torque figures, if you want accurate figures you'll need to have your car weighed before doing runs otherwise the results will be close too meaningless.

Thats a very good outcome, those torque figures are not high as my 172 was 192.64 nm and i only had a stelth system and panel filter, it run great with a strong pull, rolling road it to be 100%
