RStuner quick question

recieved it today. my software version is: 6100 and the cal is 2A06.

which ecu calibration do i need as i can only find maps for software version 6400 and 7XXX

I think you are able to use anything begining with 6*** definately dont use anything not begining with 6

How you finding it? Bloody impressed with mine, maps made quite a noticable difference.

yeah im also very happy! only driven my car 2 weeks prior to installing it but seems to have really helped the car.

can feel more torque at 4k rpm and just seems to be a better car from high gears at low revs.

i darent push it past 7k rpm still though lol!

Yep same here, won't be making use of the 7.5k rev limit though not a great fan of taking it past 7k either

I loaded the 98.ron cal file and the rev limit is the say. What have i done wrong?

How much does this kit cost? any one had probs with it? i've heard the idol runs rough though :dapprove:

Thinking of getting one as i also remeber reading that if i buy it i can return it to the stock ecu for MOT etc & then flip it straight back on the prefered map.. if there is more torque to be had out of it how come renault didn't set it up like this? can only think its because of fuel & protecting the engine..

my idle is better after installing it. When cold it idles at 1000-1100rpm and when hot it idles at 900rpm. I like this as my car doesnt seem to struggle when using full lock or using the aircon anymore.

^^ as said idle is allot better when cold now. I dont see how it could make it any worse than it is from factory!!!

sounds really good, think i'll go an order one now. Finding out that the idle improves is the final bit of info which has just swayed me. Shoppping at lidl for the nxt month then!
