Rubber rings in exhaust mount

What are the rubber rings used to alter the position of the backbox/tail pipe in the exhaust mount? and where can I get some?

some people use reinforced hosepipe sections. i used the universal exhaust mount from halfords. shaved it down slightly before inserting it into the metal renault hanger. has sagged slightly after 12 months, however the renault item only lasted 2 weeks before it was sagging like a b**ch.
