Those are 2 things that I haven't checked, what is tell tale signs of wear?Check various things like the drivers engine mount isn't shagged
Check the gearbox mount under the battery , they sag and cause the exhaust manifold to vibrate against the subframe.
All the time when driving really. Doing my head in!!Accelerating ? Cruising ? Decelerating ? or all the time while driving ?
Last mechanics visual inspection didn't reveal anything obvious but wouldn't rule them out. Anyway to diagnose them?Driveshaft ok?
I don't have noise on lockJust the usual really.

I replaced it with an OEM oneYou say the dogbone was replaced recently, did you powerflex it? If so, that will cause more vibrations until it beds in a bit.
+1 for a wheel bearing. Mine is making a horrid squeaky metal-on-metal grinding sound. I only worked out it was the bearing when I took the front wheel off and could see the ball bearings behind the ABS ring!Wheel bearing?
