running at 2 - 3 k revs / limp home mode

start the car and ticks over at 2 - 3k then ill drive change gear and still now and then the limp home mode comes on aswell.. any ideas ?

I had this, a new throttle body fixed it.

Could be a few hundred pounds from Renault, or £25 from a member on here if you're lucky.

i do have a spare Throttle body with gasket if your interested, only thing is its yellow, so would need to sand the paint off it,
