Just taken the car down for an MOT. She passed with flying colours.
But she's running a bit rich at idle.
Car has KN element Ktec Cat back system. Acoustic valve removed.
Just been serviced new plugs, all new filters, Throttle body off and cleaned.
So my thoughts could be cat full of crap ( its been on for 8yrs. ) or lambda sensor fault.
My plan is to
1. Decat the car see if that sorts it.
2. Decat plus new lambda sensor.
I have access to a gas analyzer.
But my question is how to I tell which ones at fault..? Pre or Post.
