Hi I have a 4 channel amp, which is running my 4 speakers, 2 in front doors, 2 in back. I have now got a sub and a new amp. My JVC head unit only has 2 line out, one red one white, also the blue remote on lead is already connected to my existing amp.
I think that i just need to get some Y splitters, to split the line out plugs on the headunit and then connect the remote on leads from both amps to the remote on lead of the head unit. Is this correct?
Also because the sub will be putting out all the bass, is it possible to lower the bass and increase the treble volume on my door speakers without affecting the bass output of the sub?
