Rusty doors and hatch, new from donorcar?

Hi guys.

Unfortunately my doors and rear hatch has cancer, beyond salvaging. I have been offered a complete donorcar with rust-free doors and hatch, but it doesn´t have centrallocking and electric windows as i have in my Grand Prix now. Will the locks and electric window-mechanism fit into the doors from the donorcar?

That sounds great, i was worried that the "manual" doors wasnt prepared for mounting centrallocking and windows.
