Other than looks or well apperance does anyone know if these make any sort of change to the cars engine or performance?
thinking GB for them.

lad on here i think works for them and can do you one at a good price, the advertsing stuff states its smoother than the ridged original but to be honest i bought one in black because i like the look of them and it certainly cant do any harm but dont hink it make and power increase the ctual angle of the bend is the main restriction not the ridges/slight diameter increase.

tim_megane of something similar i think his name is do a samco search on here and find him that way and worth a pm.

reason im asking as im about to try and retro fit an BMC Carbon Box to my Mk3 as they dont have a kit for it so i need a Reducer and maybe a few other bends to try out to get the best fitment.

Thats where i got my black one and these ones have the breather pipe built in, there costly though

So no need for a separate filter on the breather pipe

90 Deg is no good as there no room what so ever around that area just looking for a Reducer will have to see when the CDA appears hopefully on wednesday !

its not the one with the breather attached to the 90 degrees bend its just the 90 degrees bend

does the job fine tho
