same struts ???

Depends what Model you have any what you mean by the same.

They can depending on model be swopped etc but there usually different damping rates etc.

sorry i should of made my self more clear .

my plan :

As u can only get 40mm lower with springs for my mk2 172 i was wondering if they offer an other renault with the same struts with a 60mm drop or somewhere over 40mm anyway .

so i can use them ??

Nope forget it.

You can make it work but its wrong and not suitable and dangerous IMO.

but if the e.g laguna has the same suspention then i could buy some springs for the laguna ???????

Just take my word for it shorter springs ie cut etc won't fit when the suspensions at full extension so the springs can and have for others fallen out which leads to the car well you can guess but there a load of potentilas the luckiest being the car just leans and knock the worst case it could damage a brake pipe

i see what ya saying , but trsut me a would NEVER cut my springs .
im just about to buy coilovers i think , or i mite just get springs???
