I can't give you a direct link as it won't work but see if this will work for you:
Go here: http://www.hidemyass.com/
Then in the address bar within the site, delete the http://www.privax.us/ip-test/ and stick in http://blog.scifi.com/tech/archives/2007/04/16/samsung_thinks.html (copy paste, the forum is hiding the full link)
If it does work then you should be able to use it for any site that's blocked for you.
