I got one...
Speakers and sound quality are really good for a 2.1, not to sure on the Virtual Surround sound (not as good as a proper 5.1) however if you dont have wireless rears or want wires going everywhere its really good. Plus if you can find the 5.1 version the rears are wireless. But overall very clear, nice amount of bass. no option to turn the bass down, but that doesnt bother me.
Video is really good, nice and clear especially when upscalled to 1080i through the HDMI cable however no doubt way off a proper HD DVD player on the same TV.
Nice array of inputs including Aux Stereo & Optical, USB host is a good feature. I run a Western Digitial 80gb passport HDD through it loaded with loads of DIVX movies, takes a while to read but once sorted all good.
Its a bit limited with menu options which is one downside really, also its quite large but again didnt bother me.
However its well worth the money and has to be one of the smartest looking DVD players around and if you have a Samsung TV they go really well.
