Samsung S5 software update to lollipop.

I have been prompted to update to the above however when trying it tells me device storage full even though I have got 1.2gb available and 12gb on sd card. I have also tried moving apps from device to SD but some wont allow it, Iam bamboozled.

Can you do it via the computer? Keis maybe? Although I remember that being utter turd (as with any Samsung software)

Other than that, I'm not sure. Backup and reset then update? The s**t way to do it though.
