Saving for 172

Iv decided to start saving for a 172, does anyone know roughly how much they will be? however it probably will take me about a year to save. My reason to get a 172 is that my car currently (1.2 16v) is starting to get alot of problems and im not sure weather its worth fixing them since my car has done 134K. I was wondering what would you do if you was me?

what problems? Personally i'd never buy a renault unless it has warrenty.

clutch is going on it, loud noices from driverside wheel, car keeps dieing (think its the coil pack) and basicly its done more miles than i personly like

How much £ have you got.

Fixing those problem doens't sound anything worrying new driveshaft/arb/wishbone etc maybe for the knokcing. Clutch isn't that difficult not that cheap not nothing scary.

Dieing could be a number of thngs when does it die?

when the engine is cold iv got to keep the revs on so it doesnt stall. Also the coil pack light comes on every now n then
