scorpion exhaust

im thinking about getting a full cat back scorpion exhaust system with le mans tail pipe, anyone had one of these? are they good? also are k&n induction kits good/good fitting?

I hate there Mk1 stuff total junk.

There stuff for the Mk2 is quite good apparently.
