**SCOTTISH CAMS**

hey everyone!, i am wondering if anyone knows the best place in scotland (prefferibly near Edinburgh) to get performance cams baught and fitted from. i keep considering just buying the ones from k-tec, but im not sure if ill be able to fit them.

plus, can anyone advise or what modifications should come after cams, i.e. if i need pullies?? or a re-map.

basically confirms what i thought about tuning cars in the first place.

The guy says that kent and piper cams what they specify in the catalogue for duration isnt whats measured on the cam its different but he rates cat cams!
if i was going cams i would want my head gas flowed and inlets matched to make the most of the cams.

Unbiased opinions but happens to distribute cat cams haha

Have a search on what cams best fit your needs. Not sure where in Scotland would be good to get them fitted.

i wouldnt trust anyone in scotland to do this on your car there isnt the specialists up here that there is south of the border.

yeah was thinking tht, might just take a small holiday and trek to gdi, its just for power and remap. faster acceleration

Id say use Kenny Brown in Glasgow mate.

Theres plenty to do at Braehead while you wait for the car to be done
