Scottish Trophy Owners? Is there only 3?

Afternoon Chaps!

A friend of mine is on the look out for a Trophy, he phoned Renault UK and they told him there was only 3 registered in Scotland?? Now there is a guy on here selling one in Glasgow, also a guy was selling one in Ayr (I think) and I seen one driving past me yesterday in Falkrk so I know there is two that are local(ish) to me*.

However he went to Arnold Clark in Stirling a week or 2 ago to pick up some parts (Hes a machanic) and asked the guy about them ,he said there is one being traded in in June or July as the guy is getting a 197. So my mate has put down a deposit on it to get first refusal! So im just wondering if it is any one on here or if anyone knows who it might be? He is very interested to come and have a look before waiting for it to be traded in etc as he might see another one in that time

That was a very long winded way of saying that but I wanted to explain the full story lol

Which means, that only three dealers in Scotland have actually sold a car brand new. So the reg will be Sx xx xxx. Thus making only three being registered as when a car is sold brand new it is registered by the dealer who sold it.

However most clios i see have been moved from Engerland to Scoterland.

I know of 1 for sale now, the dealers in inverness sold 13/14 IIRC so a fair few about.

well i know on one in the murray up ek (old guy drives it)

and there was one owned by the guy in a kwick fit in glasgow...

so there is deffo more...
