I’d get that up in the air and get someone to rotate the wheel each way whilst you look for the source on the underside mate.

that to me sounds like the suspension top bearing is seized and that noise is the rubber on the body, when it makes the noise does the steering want to turn back the opposite way as you let go?

Fairly easy, jack up, wheel off, shock off, spring compressors on, undo top not, replace bearings (id get a kit with the rubber doughnut etc too) and refit all, 10-15 mins a side

Jacked up and turned steering with no noise but dreadful noise when driving slowly and turning is your bets still on suspension top bearing

With the weight off the suspension it is likely to be top mount related.
Thought that put it back on the floor and tryed and still no noise but solved problem with helper driving car and me having a look it is left and right track rod ends and the right ball joint are away
