You can buy kits with a buffing pad and cerium oxide or use a buffing pad of your own . We used to use Jewellers rouge at work , but that was literally for the finest scratches and the glass was never like new . In the end they stopped using it . Give it a go , but I doubt you'll get the results you want .Can you polish by hand or is it best to use a drill and buffing pad? the scratch/scuff isn't very deep
