SD or MMC ?

just bought a new digital camera and it takes both secure digital and multimedia cards.

but which one is better?

they seem to be about the same price so i thought there can't be much in it:S

SD cards are newer technology and supposedly 4 times faster transfering data .

SD are good, although i bought a SD Sandisk 128MB card, and it failed after about a year. saying that ive had another card longer that the Sandisk one, and its been fine, had it about 2 year now

yeah i just tried the 32mb sd card on continious mode and it stopped after about 7

then i tried my cheapy 1gb out of my phone and it didn't stop
