I am having trouble registering my RSC phase II rally car, my problem is that Australia Queensland Transport want inertia reel front seat belts back in (I have been struggling with red tape all the way). The problem is that my race seat mounts have covered the original sill bolt holes. If anybody has these exposed and can give me some measurements that I can use to drill through my seat rail mounts and pick up the original lower sill lap belt bolt holes i would appreiciate it.
