Seat covers?

Anyone got seat covers fitted? I'm looking at getting one for the 197 but need to know what the best fitted one is?
 
I bought two renault ones from ebay. Its "Snug" fit over the ff 182 seats. Not sure what would happen if the air bags needed to go off?
