Seat Rail Help

Right, I've got to change my seat rail over, and I've found the bolts to get the rail off the car, but where are the bolts to get the rail off the seat? Apparently there are 3.

Looked in guides and in here, but can't find anything. If anyone has pics, or a diagram, please share!

You know the plastics on the sides of the seat, remove them and you will see the bolts.

You have to take off the pretensioner first and drill out the rivet for the seat position switch whilst your at it.
