Seat runner/tilt problems?

Taken my seat out, so i can inspect it properly.

Problem im having is:

- Seat does not go as far back/forward as it use to
- When the seat is tilted forward fully, it not longer allows the seat to be moved forward/backwards.. so people cant get in the back

Any suggestion of what i should be looking for? I have the seat+runners out but havent got the foggiest of where to begin!

I THINK ive fixed this. Will check tomorrow when i put the seat back in.
