seat wont recline, cable snapped!

The seat in my 172 cup does not recline, slides back and forth no problem but if i want to let passengers in the back it wont budge, had a quick look and it seems the metal cable has snaped inside the seat, can this be replaced? and is it easy or do i need a new seat?

Cheap option. Use passenger seat.

I'm sure it's fixable. Just try and find the parts on here / ebay.

hard work with baby seats just using passenger seat, and its beginning to annoy me now.
