Security Tool Infection

Any idea's on how to get rid of this virus, have Malware on the computer but when I try to run Malware it tells me that Malware is infected.

Any idea's on other ways to get rid of this?

download avast and give it a scan, check task manager and see if there are any suspicious processes running, if so, note down the name of it then end it. After, go to start - search and find the culprit, then shift+delete!

Virus is stopping me from running it properly, once downloaded I can't open the programme to run anything it's blocked by this security tool crap.

Managed to get skybot downloaded manaully, running it and Malware now.

Got the fucker, spybot was asking for ze monies but malware blitzed it.
