Selector shaft seal

Hi, my car has just got back from a service from the renault dealers. They say my selector shaft seal was leaking . Has anyone one got any advice for me.

they all leak a bit its not an awful lot to worry about, did they put alot of g/box oil in it?

not really sure-they just told me during the service it would cost me £500+parts

They all weap a bit. Its probably fine, need a pic to see though.
