  Abarth Grande Punto
i know the xenons are self levelling on the 182 but is there a way you can adjust them because mine seem really low? Anyone else having this problem?

under bonnet , above the light unit there is a white 5mm hex nut drive to a wall in the dark and adjust away dont have them too high, if you find you have overshot then just use your leveling switch near the esp switch to adjust them

I find that my dipped beam is a bit crap too, maybe time to adjust them manually under the bonnet.

TBH I think these lights are totally crap, my car has not stopped being in the workshop trying to get them to fix them as they are never even, one is always higher than the other one, they are shooting planes out the sky because never adjust, not once have I seen them ever self level. Also I nearly had a fight with this guy on the M80 the other night because he was trying to say my full beams are on he kept on braking on the outside lane to 30mph then wouldn't let me passed him by switching lanes so when my chance came I just Blew passed with the BIRD jester ;)
I have lost total faith in Renault workshops again . This one being in Bishopbriggs Renault in Glasgow !!!

mine dont appear to self level some you can actually see move into position but mine just ping on. I have adjusted them now so will see how i get on. Its difficult to get it exactly right.

If you lower your car it totally f***s the auto leveling up and they end up pointing down. So just adjust them your self. Mine are a lil high but i like them like that. It went through MOT fine so they aren't illegally high.

what is the point of that other dial? why would i ever want my speedo dimmed? :S
Dimms all the dash lights for nightime driving, don't really use it myself but its a novelty. Some people might not like the bright interior lights at night.

i used to love the speedo dimmer in my RT..

I can't stand bright lights inside the car when i'm driving at night.. problem with the RT was that it dimmed the speedo, but not the warning lights (oil / mainbeam / dip), so there were still bright lights!!
