Self service, what to change?

Rather than taking the motor to Renault and getting ripped off, what should i look to change if i do a kind of self service? I was going to do it with my dad who knows more about cars than i do.

I was thinking of changing:

Oil change and filter
Fuel filter
Spark plugs

The car is on 44k. What else if anything should be changed / serviced?

Brake pads n discs
Cabin filter
Have a check of the cambelt & aux *visually*
Fuel system cleaner
Fuel filter, is inside the fuel tank, so that's difficult for you !
