Selling as standard?

i'm thinking of putting my car up 4 sale, its a 1.4 16v ph1, slightly modified. Was wandering if i should sell as standard or leave as is and try sell it modified? opinions please

You'll have a larger range of potential buyers, alot of people are looking for a "standard" car. Also a modded car can give the image that the car's has been ragged about.

As said above, I just sold my car yesterday after taking the modifications off it. It did have a fair few mods on it. Made most of my money back from selling the mods and got a decent price for a standardish car.
