selling the clio/px

Just a quick question

ive currently got a 51 plate clio dynamique 1.2 16v, in blue with 53k on the clock(fully colour coded). anyway, the meggy is on her way (2-3 weeks hopefully) i have been offered £2k for clio as px. Im starting to think I could get more if i sold privately, perhapes £2995??

Is it worth the hassle? should i just accept the px price? ive never sold a car privately before, so im not sure how to go about with test drives, insurance etc..???

they always rip you park x most the time tho depends where i got a good price for my last car but my m8 traded in his car he paid 1500 for and had for 2 month and he got 100 for it off vauxhall
