Serv and Esp on after 70mph'ish

Hello trying to help a mate out.

He's got the ESP and Serv light coming on after he gets up the speed range 70/80ish.
There's no ABS light.
Lights clear after turn off/start up. Then come back on

Any thoughts?

Any thoughts /ideas anyone?. if abs was on i would think sensors but its not. It deffinately clears/resets on startup, but stays on after it comes on.

As above, needs CLIP time really

Could be a speed signal dropping out/inconsistency or a steering angle issue, etc
