SERV light

got a 172 ph2,Driving along other night and noticed SERV light had came on and stayed on.....got to where i was going and turned car off for about a hour,when i started it again light had gone off...but i keep getting a misfiring and sometimes hesitant and stuttering when im driving.....anyone got any ideas,ive opnly had car 10days,its going back to garage on mon to get looked at,but i dont know much about these particular cars and dont want the mechanics to fob me off with some rubbish....any help appreciated...thanks

first off i thought maybe plugs or leads then i thought maybe coilpack....does that come under warranty?

good, they can get it changed....only had it ten days....not happy

if lambda sensor was gone, normally the toxic fume monitoring light will come on, so i wouldnt say it was the lambda.
