SERV Light

Car  clio 1.4
i know a lot of people have spoken about the air bag light and the serv light on at the same time but my car only shows the serv light . i know i could take to it a garage and get it sorted but someone told me its possible to click the end of the wiper stick button a special amount of times and the light turns off ? is this true or am i making pointless threads again ?
thanks aaron

LoLz - it's a myth mate it needs diagnostics to see what's wrong first.

It's very rare the SERV light comes on alone though about sounds like someone has tampered with it to hide something.

It can come on If your oil level indicator is reading that the oil is low. What does the display say when you first start the engine?

As said...if oil is low, serv light can show...when was oil last changed or even checked? Is car parked on uphill gradient?

When you turn the ignition on, does the airbag light come on then go out?

have a look at your windscreen, see if you have a rain sensor just above the interior mirror, possible chance that your windscreen was replaced and the sensor isint there anymore? it causes the serv light to be on all the time, easy fix.
