SERVICE & AIRBAG LIGHT COMES ON WHEN HEADLIGHTS ARE TURNED ON

I have recently purchased a 54plate 182 Cup. When i turn the headlight on the Servcie & Airbag light comes on. Is this ment to happen or is there something up?

Sounds like an earth problem to me but needs investigating properly by a competent person.
