If you have fitted an aftermarket steering wheel and cannot get the SERV and airbag lights to go out, check the passenger side grab handle airbag switch connector.
I have a sabelt wheel, fitted 3.3ohm resistors, lights still present, i then checked all the connections under the seats and they were fine.
I knew a had an open circuit somewhere, so removed the grab handle to find that the airbag on/off switch connector underneath was loose.
Connector pushed in and lights are now gone.
It has taken me a while to get to this stage so i hope it helps someone out. I was certain i was going to need a CLIP diagnosis, not to mention that the lights draw attention at service time.
