Service and esp lights on

182 the esp/tc and services lights just started coming on. Only started today. Seemed to happen when giving it a bit of whelly.
Plugged my laptop in no error codes. Resets every time I turn ignition off.
Checked the brake fluid just in case something to do with that but levels are fine.
Is it something I should worry about?

Well I think I have the answer.
The brake pedal switch had dropped right out of its hole.
I have been driving around with my brake lights on.
Probably since yesterday as I was putting a cable through near there for my mobile phone.
Put the switch back in but it seems really loose. ....sure enough on a test run....lights came back on plus the abs this time.

Re seated the switch and taped it in nice and tight. It's not moving now!
Will see how it goes for a few days before probably getting a new one. Looks like the locking ring may be damaged
