Simple question, but i want to know if a clio 182 should be serviced every year? particually within the first 3 years what is the renault official line?

Should say in there.

I believe it's 12000 miles for the first one (though could be 6k?) then probably every 12k after that.

Every 12000 miles or every 2 years (whichever comes sooner) I believe.
