Service Light - Showing airbag.

Hi, i have a 2002 clio expression. The problem is that the service light has come on and shows the airbag light too.

It just came on random :dapprove:, Ive been told just to have a fiddle with the wears under the seat.

I just want a few opinions though first, hope some one can help as MOT is due in march so i would like to get the problem sorted nice and early.

MOT it will pass no issue

Do a search though this is a common issue

I thought a car failed an MOT if it was showing the service light? shows how much i know .

serv and abs, it will fail iirc. serv and airbag, it wont.

Did a search like edde suggested and managed to find a few topics. I should have done a seacrh before i posted but didnt expect it to be that much of a common fault .
