Taking the piss mate.

I was up in Manchester for my 12K and 24K and even the 24K was under £200 it was about £165 for the 12K. Phone round, then play one against the other, you could always supply your own oil and get about £30 or so knocked off (5.1 litres of oil)

Try Renault Wolverhampton and also William A Lewis of Telford...and Renault Solihull for prices (just get a few comparative prices) and see what renault Birmingham can do to match it or beat it.

Anyone know anywhere cheap for the 12000 miler down in the south east?

Best I could find ringing round yesterday was Whitehouse in Tunbridge Wells who'll so it for £250 (but they do use fully synthetic oil you know!!) Worst was £280...

I live in the South (near Epsom) got my 1st service and MOT done for £142.09.

I too was quoted between £200 & £270 for the 12k service at dealers.

So instead got my first 12K service for £170 approx at GDI's in Cambridge.

Great service which included Silkoline oil!
