Not really no, but I grew up on Escorts (I'm 37 now) and for me there's nothing else like RWD, I've had over 25 Escorts over the years and currently have a MK1 Mexico that I use in the Summer, and a Cup that I drive day to day. I also have three other MK1's in different states of restoration, that will get finished one day.

You really need to drive an old skool RWD car to appreciate how good and how light they are ! Sideways is the only way !!

i thought exactly as you mate, my dad got a mexico when it first came out..and also had an RS2000..
