Shock!

Hey all, When i touch coilpack ht lead 3 at the back when the cars running i get a shock from it. Is this normal or is my lead knackered? Been having some running problems, slight hesitation when driving at around 2000rpm. Any ideas?

lol yeah dont touch it! although i dont think any sparks should be escaping! See if theres anywhere thats cracked or broken off

i can't see anything unusual. Its the only one that i get a shock from. The others don't do it. So do i need some new ht leads?
